"Amazing customer service! Mark the installer was very clear with me on the phone a week ago about costs, options, and warranty. Showed up for our appointment on time, with all the parts (plus spares) and was done lickety-split. His quote was the lowest of the three quotes I got, but service was so above and beyond, I had to leave a review. He installed my new garage door opener on an existing 20-year-old single garage door, lubricated all the joints and triple checked it was in good shape. He then showed me how to install the app plus we connected it to the system on site, learned how to use the remote app options, plus he installed an outdoor keypad and he showed me how that worked (plus he helped me find the most shady and discreet place to put it). When he finished that, he tested the other two garage doors that I didn’t hire him to service, and he found out that a previous company (the first alphabet letter and first number company) had installed a track too low on a previous repair, and that’s why my opener didn’t run smoothly. HE FIXED IT FOR FREE. Including adding extra bolts, and lubricant on all doors! Amazing customer service. The best local company in the north Phoenix/Cave Creek area."
