"I just recently moved to Tucson, and this is the first DIY dog grooming that I found close to where I live. The staff member was very nice and explained everything to me and brought me a towel to dry Tinky, as I forgot my own. Tinky did very well in the tub. She doesn’t do well in the tub at home so this was extremely helpful. I used the ear cleaner that they provided and I appreciate how clean it was even though there were two VERY fluffy dogs that came in before me. Will be back!"
