"Fiancé ordered me a fish and asked the price it would be upon pickup, they told her it will be 39.99 then we waited a month for said fish and when it finally arrived they tried to charge 49.99 and say it was because the price changes. If it was ordered a month ago how would the price change? They had ordered 2 and killed the other, they were trying to price gouge me to make up for their poor care. Will never frequent this place again after being a customer for years."

"I really like this store. They have a great variety of pet supplies and are much better equipped and knowledgeable than petsmart or petco type stores. I get my rabbit supplies, bird supplies, and fish tank supplies all from this store. I live 1.5hrs away but refuse to use Petsmart in my town if I can help it."
