"Staff seemed friendly and had a good knowledge of the store layout. I had only a few simple questions - can my daughter hold one of your guinea pigs, how much are they, etc., the reason I only gave 3 stars is because I had very clearly explained that we would not be taking any animals home that day.. that I just wanted to see how my daughter handled the animal and would need a little time to speak further with my husband and her regarding the responsibility. Well, I basically had to lie in order for her to hold one for 2 minutes because apparently, unless you commit to purchase THAT DAY.. you aren't worth their time and they couldn't care less about wanting to make sure you make the right choice for your family and a potential pet."
