"He never showed up. When I got ahold of him he said he got pulled over for a speeding ticket. I had to contact him for our Wednesday appointment. I was told my information must of not saved on his phone? We waited over an hour and a half for a handy man with nothing but excuses."

"ABSENCE OF COMMUNICATION after work completed. Went to my rental house to complete punch list of tasks. Invoice submitted did not reflect full scope of work we discussed. Tenant reported that hot water not working after this company worked on hot water heater. MULTIPLE attempts to contact company to get clarification after work completed and invoice paid. Got one text stating someone had died. Further calls/emails/texts not responded too, included whomever his office person/receptionist is. Had to track down tenant who informed me that service person had come back to rental house to re set breaker. NO direct communication to me, the property owner. It's been a week at least with no response from this company. At very least, office person could have reached out to me. Won't use again and don't recommend."
