"The service is subpar, My payrolls were repeatedly incorrect and documentation was difficult to retrieve.. The owner /manager is difficult to reach , does not return calls email requests or data in a timely fashion. When I finally could access the office in person it took law enforcement to communicate with the accountant to deliver my payroll registers after a month of effort. Highly unprofessional and inept. Might I add that the law enforcement was initiated on they're behalf after I offered to wait while they could clearly print the documents. My deductions for 401K were not deposited and my annual 1040 taxes are being redone by another accountant. This company was not a good fit for my small basic tax and payroll requirements."
