She is prompt to reply by phone, email and even in person when I stopped by the most welcoming, friendly office in Lake Havasu. Kim is very knowledgeable in all things banking and she educated me on the differences between the product options offered, and what would be most beneficial to my current needs. Kim was not pushy or trying to oversell me in any way. Kim listened, was patient and took time with all the questions I had. Highly Recommend!!!"
