"We were willing to spend $1200 + on a living trust, and had to cancel the day of appointment due to an emergency. We wanted to reschedule, but were told they were still going to charge us $50.00 for cancelling the day of the appointment due to policy. I understand you have a policy, but you need to understand we were still spending our money with you off the living trust, we just had to change the date of appointment. For you to charge an additional amount is a tad absurd, considering you cancelled previously on us the day of the appointment due to pregnancy."

Was treated rudely after full payment was made and then thrown to the wayside. Very unprofessional atmosphere and phone etiquette. Over priced for just a Paralegal. Promises made in initial meeting that were scrubbed at the next, definitely would not have given full payment if I knew that was going to happen. WHAT A JOKE THIS OFFICE IS IN MY OPINION!!"
