I’m not sure why this company doesn’t have more critical reviews but I can tell you that their process is weak, they miss deadlines, make false promises and blame others for their shortcomings. By the time you realize that they aren’t the best fit, it’s too late to choose an alternative lender. Beware and do your homework before securing Mohave Mortgage."
