"HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Filed my taxes thankfully not with them so they didn’t get my money, but my former employer used classic accounting for payroll which meant that I got my W2s from them and they were in charge of filing with the IRS. According to the IRS they have NO record that I ever worked for my employer which means that I have still not received my tax money that is mine. I filed February 5th and it’s June 22nd and Dave Cline still has not given the IRS my tax information that should have been sent out to the IRS a long time ago. I have called numerous times to the office and his response is that “he has other clients to still file ahead of me and will give me a call when he has completed mine” In response to your reply, I was told I’d receive a phone call once they were processed as well and never received one. When I went in on Friday to go pick up my check from my former employer I asked for the persons information that was in charge of my employers account so I can tell the IRS who’s responsible for the very delayed paperwork and you gave me your business card I said thank you and left. I called your office more than once and was told they would give the message to the person in charge and actually talked to Dave twice and went in person to your office once so you please be honest. Communication is key and I should have wrote a review long ago because I would of never known the paperwork was filed till now. It’s a shame because I’m not the only one who has yet to receive their tax money because of Classic Accountings lack of commitment to customer satisfaction."

"Dave Cline is probably the worst accountant ever as far as getting things done in a timely manner or returning phone calls or messages. Complete nightmare. Don't waste your time! Worst service ever! It doesn't matter how long you have been a client, he treats them terribly and with no respect or consideration for their time or the fact that they pay him for the poor service he provides! He has been telling me for a month my taxes will be done "this weekend" and now he won't return my calls or messages. Don't do it unless you want nothing but headaches!"
