"That review is bogus, because I checked my records and nobody by the name of Joe did business with me in either the months of Nov or Dec in 2014. And if you read the review carefully, why would I have to sever a coolant hose to diagnose a problem? There are businesses out there that write bogus reviews to redirect business from one business to their own. This is the only method of that I have found to counter attacks like this one. My best friend told me about that review, because I did not know about it. I suggest that people check my reviews on Yelp, even though they are not perfect, at least there is some forum to respond to them. "So, I'm from Alaska, just cruising around the lower 48 for my first time(this was 2014), and my very clean car starts to overheat around the Grand Canyon. I see what's going on and pull into Kingman, using this app to find a viable mechanic, as I was on a schedule. As his name was the first one on the list I called him up and went to see him. After an hour of diagnosis we found the contacts to the fan were bent and simply needed straightening; funny thing was that he had to SEVER MY COOLANT LINE to even diagnose the problem; I was desperate on a timeline and just needed it done, so agreed(specially since my car was apart in his driveway....) After he established that the fan was simply not getting juice from the bent contacts, I went to have lunch, leaving my number, and when I got back an HOUR AND A HALF LATER he was sitting there with my car unfinished, and said he needed my "permission" to put something simple together after already permanently severing COOLANT lines just to figure out the situation!!! So he charged me three hours to mangle my car for a simple problem, leaving me, on a lonely Christmas in the desert by myself, that much shorter on the New Year. I would say this man is a scheister, and would advise anyone that reads this that he will try to take advantage of you; DEFINITELY not an upstanding Christian man."
