"I took my little dog over there and even though it was only $10 and five minutes worth of time I start playing with her a few days later her dog nails are sharp and cut me. She did a lousy job, softening the nails and trimming them I guess."

"Very unhappy. Upon coming in, the place smelled absolutely horrendous. There were dogs running around and barking, and children screaming. They also clipped my dogs nails and he was bleeding. It’s a cheap price, but definitely not worth the experience, in my opinion."

"This groomer is absolutely disgusting and rude. Safety is not her top priority. If you had a tiny yorkie being groomed by a long haired nappy lady on 12/23/23 at 3pm, she left your dog on the table attached to a lead without supervision."

"Stay away from this place. Zero stars. I used them for pet boarding once and never again. Time was agreed over text messages to pick up my dogs at noon on a sunday. They didn't answer calls or text messages until 6 hours later. I had a flight scheduled and I lost it because I couldn't pick up my dogs on time. The lady was making up excuses about the cellphone being left behind and feeling sick. Mediocre excuses. Place is dirty and I waited outside the building for 2 hours and dogs were locked inside by themselves with no fans in sight. She gave me a "discount" for the bad time. I told her she was very unprofessional."

"I was a drop-in (no appt) with two poodles. They got them done and did a fantastic job! Our two boys were cut exactly how I asked. Staff were very nice and all the dogs there seemed happy. Would definitely recommend taking your pups here."
