"Called several plumbing companys due to a leak between meter and house - most said wait until next Monday! Not Pruitts - Misty called and found a tech - no other plumbing company would help. Alan arrived and was GREAT. Worked hand and fixed the problem at a fair price, same day. I would recommend Alan and Pruitt’s in a heart beat for any future issues. They are the BEST!"

"Poor outcome with tech reporting nothing wrong with our faucets after the home warranty company was prepared to replace them. Missing or broken drain stoppers, corrosion and low water pressure. Tech said company only gets paid $140 flat fee so I’m sure he didn’t want to do the work. He had an attitude from the beginning and even left the water turned off on purpose. Paid the service call in advance and First American won’t refund even though no work was done. Talked to the plumbing company and they just sided with their employee, probably gave him kudos for saving their company money. I will never hire these people again. Poor don’t even deserve one star"
