"I would not recommend doing business with this company. Stay away! We had someone come out today to put a new system in, replacing an older unit. They were in an out replacing the closer, but not the entire system with the slide right product. I’m sure they’ll say it was confusion over what was requested. More important than that, to us at least, is their clear disregard for the customer and the customer experience when trying to call the office for clarity and to get things right. I’ve been in customer service a long time. This company clearly is focused on speed and invoicing with no commitment to the customer experience and ensuring the job is completed to the customers satisfaction."

When my door was removed, and tech wanted to fight with me, I had no other choice. If you want to avoid unprofessionalism that leaves you feeling unsafe, steer clear of Slide Right! Inaccurate Quotation: The initial quote provided by their representative needed to be revised, leading to additional expenses for rubber materials when the repair personnel arrived. My insurance did not cover these extra costs. It was a costly surprise that left me frustrated and dissatisfied. Appalling Attitude: The repair technician displayed a disgusting attitude throughout the process. He was incredibly impatient and even accused me of wasting his time when I questioned the inaccurate quote. He complained about driving two hours back home after completing the job. When I tried to explain that I wanted my door to be perfect, he shouted at me, suggesting that I replace the entire door, costing a whopping $4000. This aggressive behavior from a stranger left me genuinely concerned for my safety. It was an utterly unpleasant experience. Inadequate Customer Service: I contacted Slide Right to provide feedback after the disastrous service. The manager who answered the call apologized but offered no assistance in resolving our issues. It was a disappointing response, reflecting their need for more commitment to customer satisfaction. I strongly advise against choosing Slide Right for any door repair or related services. Their inaccurate quotes, rude technicians, and inadequate customer service create a nightmarish experience. Save yourself the trouble and look for a more professional and customer-centric company to meet your needs."

"We had a great experience with Slide Rite today. They installed self closing, self latching pool safety requirements on 2 regular doors, an RV gate and our sliding wall of windows. The technician was friendly and efficient."

"So, I couldn't find the hardware to install myself, so I called slide right. Tech was fine, except the door didn't close on its own if opened past a certain point. Tech said he hates these sliding glass door, they are heavy. Ok, back up a minute, that's all you do... install these self closers... you telling me me you can't get it to work. I ended up cleaning the track, lubricating the wheels, viola... door slides closed. I wouldn't recommend, but there aren't a lot of choices, especially if you are building a pool and the inspector fails you."
