"Improper Dishwasher install. Quoted $189 ended up being $270. Was not level, 2 inch gap at top, jammed seal on side, hose not to code. Would not refund our money also said that leveling was not standard install. Worst install I have ever seen. Tec said that that is how its supposed to be with the buttons on top of dishwasher."

"New capstone stained by quikcrete. They said that they need to wait for a specific acid to arrive at the store before they can clean up. I cleaned it with a steel brush. Everything besides concrete was done very well. At the end of the day the worker doesn't need to live at your house and they really don't care who needs to clean up."

"We set an appointment to have a pet door put in our home. I was told they would be there between 9-11 but they would give me a call 30 minutes before they arrived. At 9:30 I got a call letting me know they were on their way. After 45 minutes I text the number they used to call me and they said it was gonna be a few more minutes they had to stop at home depot. I was fine with that but would have appreciated communication. After another 30 minutes I had to get my 3 year old ready to go to a doctors appointment and let them know I would need to reschedule. They then blew up my phone calling me 5 times and told me they were 3 minutes away and the appointment wasn't till 11 so they weren't technically late. It was 10:55 when they finally showed up. At this point I'm getting ready to leave and I told the person we had cancelled and would be rescheduling. The man on my door step proceeded to threaten to charge me for driving out to my home and adding restocking fees and other outrageous charges for cancelling the appointment that they showed up late for. I called the number they had been contacting me through and told her that I was appalled at how their guy had handled the conversation and she blew me off and proceeded to tell me how great it was for them that I cancelled because they misquoted me the price anyway. Glad to take my business elsewhere."
