"I would not recommend MACU. Their app is not user friendly. When logging on to their app, I am ALWAYS asked for a pin code text to me, very annoying. I will not do face recognition or finger print log in. They say they have had issues with their fraud and that is the reason of this “extra” security, so be aware. Out of convenience, I use the ATM mostly and do not use the branch, however I have had multiple issues with their ATM’s not allowing to dispense cash or having to put the cash in multiple times because their cash reader rejected it. I have had to do this 4x’s in one visit to the ATM (after hours or else I would have gone to inside branch). The reason why i got this account is because they are a credit union and needed MACU to talk to another CU out of state. After I signed up, had issues, went to ask a branch rep. and they said they no longer are part of the Co-Op as of a year prior. I had signed up only 4 months before and was told it would be connected. I would not recommend this bank."

"Mountain America Credit Union is very close to my home and has many locations for the customer's convenience. This branch always has been very friendly and professional. They also offer convenient financial advisors not employed by the credit union, but are available within the building. This is a very nice service that we also have employed."
