"Excellent Dermatologist, Dr.Carr is wonderful,helped me with my hidradenitis suppurativa,she’s been the only dermatologist in my area to treat my condition properly, Dr.Carr made me feel comfortable and listened to my concerns, I had cyst removed and Dr. Machalke assisted by closing up my incisions, his technique left very little scarring I’m amazed at his work! I’d highly recommend this clinic if you’re looking for a dermatologist or a good plastic surgeon"

"I visited Matisse Med Spa for a hydrafacial, botox and filler and had the most amazing time, not to mention incredible results! The staff are so incredibly welcoming, making me feel comfortable through my nerves as it was the first time I've gotten filler and I'm in love with my "younger" face. "Very disappointed with the billing department, received surgery in January of 2022, was told after the surgery that my insurance wasn’t a participating provider and therefore not covered because the contract wasn’t signed yet, was told I wouldn’t have to pay any other amount besides the deductible that I already paid, then was charged an additional 135 in July of 2022 and then just charged another 250 in December of 2023 because that was my out of network co-insurance. I wouldn’t have gotten the surgery in the first place if it wasn’t covered, but I still am getting charged regardless that it is their mistake. Unacceptable. Do better."
