"I had a pretty poor experience with this place. The doctor was nice and it was easy to get an appointment, but I had to wait 6 weeks for my glasses. The staff claimed they lost my number, though I had left it on their voicemail during several unreturned messages to check on the status (and the new patient paperwork I filled at the appointment, of course). Yesterday I got through on the phone, and a woman staffer said my glasses had just arrived that afternoon. Whew! Today I picked them up and learned they actually arrived four weeks ago. There are other options in the area, so I’ll find another optometrist."
