"Always had a good experience every time I came here. Staff are told to upsell to clients which is pretty normal but luckily most staff don't try to keep pushing when you're clearly saying no. Edit to owner: I was paying you guys a compliment. I was saying every provider has recommended other treatments to me but most can take no for an answer where's as a handful have been more focused on their commission rather than what would really help me. The ratio is good, otherwise I wouldn't leave a 5 star review but yes, I will let you know going forward if anyone else tries to push anything on me that I clearly am saying no to."

"I visited the Gilbert location for a hydrafacial and was severely disappointed. While the aesthetician that helped me was very nice, I did not feel confident in her skills. To break down the service: During the cleanse process she barely used enough water and missed some of my face getting off the makeup (upper lip, nose, around mouth). Once she began with the machine, it wasn’t hooked up properly and was missing the catch canister on the back. After that was sorted out and she began the service, there was no serum coming out initially and the passes she did on my face didn’t cover the entire face area in any single pass. I have received many facial treatments in the past at different places and was familiar with this specific treatment. My face was more dried out than it was when I came in. I am so disappointed that I paid for this service even at a discounted price. I emailed the company as well but did not receive a response or resolution."

"I absolutely love the Ego Medical ! I’ve been a member for months now and it’s one of the best purchases I’ve made. My skin feels silky smooth and fresh every time. The ambience of this place is amazing. The moment I walk in I begin to feel calm and let the stress of the day just fade away. I love that I’ve had multiple aestheticians and they have all been wonderful and professional. I highly recommend this spot!"

"I was really quite shocked by my experience last time I went in for my third of 4 pre-paid vampire facials... I had scheduled a vampire facial for the day before thanksgiving. Realizing that I probably would rather wait until after a large gathering to get an intense facial done, I called the day before my appt to reschedule for another time. I was told it was no problem, and we moved it to the day after thanksgiving. On top of it, I was going to go ahead and get some botox as well...When I came in that day, I thought everything was fine. Then as I was getting numbed up for my procedure, the medical assistant came back to me and informed me that she would "actually need a credit card number for the late fee from me rescheduling my appointment." I'm sorry? I had no idea. I was not informed or warned of this on the phone the day before treatment. "Yah, well since you rescheduled within 72 hours of your appointment we're going to need to charge you." She would not let off...As I said I wouldn't pay it, they said they would not allow me to get my last PRP that I prepaid for until I paid the fee... So basically I was bamboozled and i can honestly say it was the most absurd experience and I am out a couple hundred dollars until I pay them more money for no reason. Not exactly a great company."

"I don't remember the specific peel I had but I'm confident everything Ego has to offer would be good. My technician was Alexander and he was fantastic. Such a kind, enthusiastic and knowledgeable man, and a fun guy to spend an hour with. He listened to my issues, got me the treatment I needed for my concerns, and was able to point me in the right direction for some daily skin care correction. I feel confident he has me on track. The treatment itself wasn't too "spicy" during the process and my skin feel and looks great....there wasn't even a lot of flaking. The facility was lovely, the staff were all nice and I will be going back in a few weeks for another treatment."
