"Dr. Yu seems great and his staff were all great, but I booked my appointment to get botox for migraines and then found out after getting there and paying my copay that they recently stopped doing botox for migraines....also they only do it for aesthetics now which I thought was quite odd. Why is a neurologist doing botox for an aesthetics and not to actually help people with neurological issues? Money? Also, edit to add that when I called to make my appointment, I did ask if they do botox for migraines and I was told they do. Instead, Dr. Yu quickly prescribed me not one, but 3 medications for migraines. One of which I told him I already tried and didn't work, but I don't think he was listening. I've already been through the process of trying many medications that failed, which is why I was previously approved for botox at my other neurologist's office. Also, I hate to sound petty, but I've never seen such a messy and chaotic front desk. They really need to declutter in there and get some brighter lighting in the lobby because it feels like a cluttered cave."
