"Today I waited an hour for a lab draw appointment without any notification from reception that this was the case. I finally had to leave due to another appointment. When I told the receptionist she said it was an hour and a half wait yesterday. This is totally unacceptable. When I asked for a copy of my orders so I could go to another lab I was told I can come back later to pick them up. Tamara Waldron PA is excellent and the only reason we stay with this practice. It has gone downhill since it became Village Medical."
