"I have a serious back issue. It is very painful to wait and wait and wait for Dr visits. I saw the Dr for about 10 minutes but needed a blood test too. An hour and a half of standing as the chairs don't work well for my back. But neither does standing and standing and standing. I've been polite about asking that I get in faster due to the back pain. I even had the paperwork done online couple of days before I got there. They still made me do it there. I'm still suffering a week later with the back being over taxed just waiting around again at the Dr's office. There needs to be a better way. I'm to the point of skipping visits now just because the suffering isn't worth it to me. 30 minutes max is all I can really do. And that's pushing it. But an hour and a half??? I feel like I'm just a number and not a patient with genuine needs."
