"The most incompetent medical office I've ever been to. I saw Miss Trivedi over a month ago for a pre-auth through my insurance for an out-of-network therapist. Not only did she insult naturopathic doctors, I had to keep repeating myself because of her selective hearing. After being told it did go through, I saw the therapist. Now I have a bill ($150) I can't pay and a much needed session I can't attend because she still hasn't sent the pre-auth request! She wants me to make another appointment because of HER mistake! My insurance is through the state so I don't have to pay for it. That is what I was told. It doesn't matter if I pay for it or not. Someone is paying for my ability to get healthcare when I'm unable to pay for it myself. Doesn't mean you or anyone has the right to charge unnecessary charges. That is taking away from someone else in need of medical assistance. And now I have to deal with memories I need help to deal with but I can't because no one at this place can do their job! You are messing with people's health and well being! Oh and when you call to speak to someone you're not speaking to the office you're visiting, you're speaking to a call center! I did NOT cancel my last appointment to get Trivedi to do what she was supposed to do the first time I saw her. I made it to my appointment. The person I spoke to forgot to mention that appointment was for the Alma School location, not the Greenfield location. This place is all about saving their reputation, not about the patients' well being. Go somewhere else. Dealing with this place has made my stress level sky high, when I thought it couldn't get higher. Irony is I seeked help to get help for stress and PTSD. I go to the Greenfield location today to find out they are closed! Now what do I do?!"
"This office is very unprofessional. I am surprised people in a medical field, specifically Danielle and Alicia, treat patients blatantly rudely and still work there. I have never been treated with such disregard in any office and will never be back. I have a lot of fam and friends that started going here but not anymore."
"I'm giving this doctor's office 3 out of 5 because the staff was friendly and cheerful. I do not like like however, me showing up 15 min early to then be waiting another 30 min past my appointment. This was my first time here and I already dont want to come back because efficiency and time management isn't their thing. Just disappointing and the fact that they placed me here and I'm closer to the Chandler location. Thanks guys!"
"The entire experience has been absolutely horrible. After only one visit under their new ownership i will not be returning. I would not recommend this medical circus to anyone. For more detail on my experience please read below: I was processed as a new patient even though i had been to another doctor in their group previously. The visit was very unprofessional, once called back i was asked my height and weight and only after being told i am not aware of my current weight was a placed on the scale to determine my weight. I believe if i had told them i weighted only 50 pounds they would have written it down as if they had measured it themselves. Then when taking incoming blood pressure and temperature the nursing assistant was having difficulties taking either vital sign. It may not have helped that the blood pressure cuff was over my t-shirt and the thermometer kept being placed in the upper most part of my ear rather than the actual hearing canal. During taking vitals i was asked various questions covering my medical history and sexual activity, which are understandable questions but i do not believe the induction common area is the most professional area to ask personal questions like that. Once in the exam room the wait to see the doctor was no longer than any other office however the doctor came in was very brief and to the point although asked no historical information and quite frankly seemed as if she had somewhere better to be. The entire exposure to the doctor including all examination and disposition took less than 10 minutes i was told basically that the my symptoms were caused by an unknown infection and to really just let it take its course. Additional blood work was ordered for initial patient STD screening and cholesterol levels etc. Everything that was done by medical "professionals" i could have done on my own with less headache and aggravation. No to mention if i had done it on my own i would have had the blood work results within a week. It has been 2 weeks now and even with me reaching out to the doctors office i am yet to know the results of any blood work. "Results are just waiting for interpretation" is the story i am being told by the nurses assistants in the office. Please save yourself the aggravation and take yourself or your loved ones to another office that is more professional and responsive."
"The worst service. It took 3 weeks to get the appointment. The staff is not friendly. I called because I couldn't find the office and I was worried I would be late. She lectured me about a reschedule. I made it within the 10 minutes but then I waited an hour and a half to see the nurse practitioner. I wanted to see a doctor. I had a sinus infection but she said I had to have the infection for 10 days before they would give me meds. I was on day 7. They told me to reschedule. I rescheduled. Soonest appointment was two weeks out. They told me my doctor was transferring to another office so I am grateful to transfer. I'm tried another office in hopes I have a better experience. I get to the new office and they said my dr didn't transfer after all. I wasn't notified. So I went to the new office with no appt. I called the greenfield office and was on hold for half an hour the disconnected. I called again and got someone only to be Disconnected. I called again and they transferred me to a voice mail and I left a message. Avoid this place. They will give you the run around and will not take responsibility for their incompetence."
