"Last week I called about getting an appointment for my ingrown toenail. The first person I spoke with stated that they had a 4 o’clock open for that day but then nothing else until the next week and the scheduling department would call me to confirm. When they “confirmed” I was told told “we don’t have any appointments until next week and your going to want to get it taken care of before then. so if you want an earlier appointment “google around” Or go to an urgent care if it gets too infected. well I googled and called around and most offices had the same time frame or much later to see a doctor. I ended up at an urgent care because the infection got worst over the weekend. So this morning I called back to make an appointment because of how close the office is to my home, they had availability this weeks and the how good reviews where. I was told by Samantha (she was very nice) a scheduler would call me back to schedule. All fine and good. Well I get a call back this afternoon basically stating that they only deal with pain management and inpatient procedures now. What changed between Thursday and Monday? Really from the beginning I should have realize the scheduling department had no intention of helping me. They pushed me off and I was definitely not important as a patient or as customer. Now I’m farther down the list to go to another doctor to get my foot taken care of. Complete waste for my time and they have a massive lack of understanding what the meaning of patient care and safety is. Would give zero stars if I could."

"Highly recommend! Had a ingrown nail procedure done, pain free and quick! Wasn’t the first time I’ve had to get this procedure done and have gone to other doctors in the past that were terrible, however this is the one place that I actually liked and knows what they’re doing! The procedure took less than an hour and was pain free, the numbing shot literally felt like a pinch. I will definitely recommend going here!"
