"My mom had a procedure yesterday they were very professional stuff, check-in was easy and everything was just in On time as they mention, Doctor came and talk to us after the procedure and let us know everything went smooth and was explaining what he was doing and I was getting messages during her procedure and let me know that when she is in and when she’s out. "This was the best team of medical staff I have been around in a long time. I would love to have them around if I ever need any procedure done again. My Doctor took the time to make me feel like I was the only patient there. The sweet nurse Gina that took my initial information was terrific, she is very professional and made me feel very comfortable. I am very impressed and thankful to have her taking care of me that day .This facility was very clean and organized . The staff was very caring and professional as well. "The receptionist treated me like I were there first priority I was treated with such kindness and respect. I really appreciate the staff they truly took care of me and answer all my questions and my concerns they made me feel like I had nothing to worry about and I was completely safe in their hands. Dr manini and the anesthesia was so kind and polite to come in and to make sure I was doing okay and allowed me to understand everything he was going to do and made me feel at ease and I had nothing to worry about. It's been a week since I had my surgery and I am feeling awesome getting my energy back. not to mention I'm sitting by the pool still a little soreness and I truly recommend anybody who needs surgery to consider going to Ocotillo surgery.
