"I called the office on 6/10 and left a voicemail for an urgent medication refill. I provided the physical address and phone number of the pharmacy I needed my prescription sent to. They did not respond to my request for two days. When I called back to check on the status, I was told by their phone operating service that the office was closed and I would need to wait over the weekend to get my prescription. They close at 12pm on Fridays, meaning this was two and a half full days. They also do not accept voicemails over the weekend. I will not be without my medicine for 5 days total. I think this was extremely irresponsible and I will be switching offices."

Once the appointment begins both Doctors work at listening & helping!
