"Don't go here ! My friend still has no MMJ card and they refuse to refund him his money even though THEY MADE THE MISTAKE! Go to a reputable office instead of this one. He went here, and they took his money and gave him his debit card back and told him he would have his mmj card in a week. Wrong. A few days later his card expired, and he called only to learn they took his money and neglected to submit his application. Apparently when they handed him his debit card back before sending him home, they didn't tell him it 'didn't go through' . Now his medical card is expired, which they promised wouldn't happen. Now he can't get reembursed by his caregiver because the caregiver needs to pay 200 more for a brand new application because his card is now expired."

"The doctor was wonderful. I am giving the score (2Stars for the doctor) because it has been a failure as far as business transactions go. I filled out the application a month ago today, and have YET to see anything. NO card nothing. They took the $275- $150 for their fee and $125.00 for the state filing. It would be ok except I have yet to see anything.They did not disclose everything while I was there and they called to say ANOTHER $200.00 would be needed for me to be my loved ones care giver. ALSO the picture they took isn't good enough and I have to take a picture and send it to them I would have to rate this businessess an "F".I found it in the senior directory and thought the company would be good for my loved one with Alzheimers, I wish I had done more research and gone elsewhere"

"Once I paid the $150 I went home and waited for the email needed to obtain a patient number. Waited all afternoon and into the evening....no email. Great. At 9am the following morning I called the office and was told the lady who sends out the emails wouldn't be in until 10am but that she would be told and an email would be sent. Great. 11am still no email. I called the lady who sends out the emails and she said that about 5 or so emails didn't get sent out the previous day because of the weather and satellite. Great. So, wouldn't you think that those 5 or so people who did everything they were suppose to do would at least get a call to let them know that there was a problem so that they aren't waiting and waiting for the email?? Some of us DO have lives and plans.....I was suppose to leave for Tucson this morning to be there to send off my niece into the Navy.....not going to make it now. So, now I'm told it will be a couple more hours....seriously."

"I have had nothing but great service from this place. I sent my application in on Friday and on Tuesday I was approved. I am going today to get my card. These guys are excellent at what they do. They get people medicine who REALLY need it. If they haven't contacted you that probably means you don't qualify!!!! Love these guys already!"

"The people acted professionally, wait time was short, clean premises. one complaint my name was entered incorrectly on a form,seemed like a quick fix it was not a lengthy form but this took about 2.5 days, on the other hand they are just like any other doctors office, they take their sweet time to get anything done."
