"This place went downhill big time over the last year. First impression a year ago was good. However, I called a week ago to have an asthma inhaler prescription which they issued refilled. They did not call me back. I left two voicemails over the course of a week, and after not receiving any calls or messages about my request I called again and this time selected the option to speak with someone. After 10 minutes on hold, I spoke with someone who was rather rude, and they informed me that I did not receive any call backs because I was a couple months late on my “anual check up”. I told them I would schedule that soon, but I needed my inhaler ASAP. They told me they would not fill any prescriptions till the check up. They did not work with me at all for scheduling quickly. I need to look elsewhere to see a doctor for my prescription now because they care more about billing my insurance than they do about me being alive to be a long term patient. The fact they never called back, they were so rude, and they would not help with my basic health is appalling. I’m looking for a new doctor if anyone has a good recommendation, because I will not return here."

"Ocotillio Internal Medicine Associates- This place and physician were absolutely horrendous! Their service was not just bad, it was downright abusive. At first, they will mess up with your scheduling even if you made an appointment a couple of weeks ahead of time. It's a disaster that I will have to take time off for an unexpected appointment at last minute. Secondly, when I looked into my insurance EOB, they charged two office visits for the same appointment. It is insurance fraud. When I got on the phone with them and asked for itemized breakdown for what the services I got, they refused to give me my information. Hey, it's my own medical information. They seemed hell-bent on ripping you off by forcing unnecessary follow-up appointments just to discuss lab reports that you could easily interpret yourself. This place is will withhold your medical information from you unless you pay. The staff there? Incredibly rude, with no regard for patient dignity or respect. A complete nightmare of an experience!"

"I’m a first time patient and I was treated very rudely. They did not even take the time to welcome me as a first time patient. I arrived 15 minutes early with my completed paperwork. They stated I wasn’t there 30 mins early so they told me I would have to reschedule. Really , she did not even try and understand why I was there. The front desk might read there own online mission statement “ Our goal is to leave you feeling better than when you came in and to have you leave feeling loved and appreciated in our office. We love serving your health needs”. I definitely did not feel the love.. I would not recommend this office."

"Don’t ignore how many 1 star reviews there are. Service is horrible—extremely rude when scheduling and calling. Several of the medications that I talked about with my physician were not sent to my pharmacy. It’s honestly negligence at this point. I have to keep calling to get the prescriptions sent (like they should have been in the first place), and when I call I feel awful because of how they treat me (things even as bad as them hanging up before the call is over). I am begging you—please just find somewhere else to go if you want good medical care. Trust me when I say it’s not worth it to go here."

"Very impressed with this medical facility. They got me in quickly, I was able to fill out all new patient forms online before the appointment, the doctor was thorough and I was in and out with little to no waiting! Highly recommend!"
