"I don't know what happened from last year (23) to this year but trying to get a response from this office is all but impossible. End of last year I had appointments and test that all went well, smooth and efficient. I waited until January to try and schedule the vein ablation for deductible reasons. I had the "Lets talk Options" on Jan 8th. Next step was to verify insurance and schedule the procedure. I waited 2 weeks for a response, nothing happened so I called and left a message. No call back. Called again the following week (February 2nd) and again left a message. No call back. Received the bill for the office visit on February 28th, called to pay and asked why no one has called to schedule the procedure. She looked in my chart and said the insurance approval was just approved on the 27th (February). Some one dropped the ball, it shouldn't take 2 months to get insurance approval! Now my insurance changed March 1st. Called to give the office the new insurance info. My new insurance is trying to call to get the details but again no call back. I'm not playing this call and wait game or wait 3 more months to get an ablation scheduled. I think Dr Hansen's great but the office seems very disorganized at best. Update, I finally have dates for the ablation. Took way too long but l like I said, I really like Dr Hansen."

For the next 8 years he guided me through the trials and tribulations of heart damage and I was able to recover strongly. "I had my first and last appointment with Dr. Kneller on October 12th. I waited in the exam room for 50 minutes before he came in. Longest wait for a doctor I’ve ever had. Came very close to walking out. One of the first things he did was give me his card and ask for a review, which I found very weird especially after you had me wait 50 minutes in a room to see you. I was scheduled for my CT on the 26th. I just got my results back today, November 14th and I had to call a 3rd time to get them. It shouldn’t take almost 3 weeks to get test results back and patient calls should NEVER go unanswered. Their work ethic is lame and unacceptable as a medical provider. There are other providers out there that I’m sure do a better job than this place considering they set the bar very low. Stay away from East Valley Cardiology."
