"If I could give him zero stars I would. Worse doctor I have ever seen. He was very rude and treated me like I was stupid. So very condescending. Blamed everything on my weight. Hello, that's what I want help with. Refused to answer any questions. Told me I needed to eat less calories without even asking how many I was eating. Told me I was eating too much of a certain food. Refused to believe when I told him I don't eat that due to allergies. He has an inflated ego and God complex. He saw me in the waiting room on my phone and made me read the notice on the door and power off my phone before he would even let me out of the waiting room. Do not go to this doctor. Left my last appointment with him in tears and haven't been back."
"The doctor can come across rude and dismissive. He also discussed my personal information with the door open which seems like it could be a HIPPA violation should anyone have walked down the hall. The office has an outdated policy of “powering off” your phone rather than silencing it/not taking calls while being seen. There were people in the waiting room on their phones playing videos loudly without anyone asking them not to. While I was in my room waiting for the doctor for 15 min, I was scrolling social media without any volume while I waited. The doctor opened the door and very rudely said “power off your phone” rather than displaying any manners or respect to ask me. In my appointment, I received several messages but didn’t answer them. He saw me GLANCE at my phone and told me again to “power off.” I told him I have a daughter in the hospital and that I needed to have my phone on in case they call. I cannot just have my phone off but I would not respond to a message while in the appointment. He then escorted me up front, gave me a refund and told me to schedule another time because I wasn’t following the policy. Then, the office staff told me that the doctor requested I find a new Endo (which of course I was planning on doing anyway). Yes, I didn’t follow an outdated policy. However, I wasn’t treated with any respect or empathy. I DO NOT recommend going to this practice"
"My overall experience with this medical "professional" was truly awful and left me driving away in tears and without proper medical treatment. Over the course of my visit he insulted his nursing staff in front of me, disrespected my religious accommodations, verbally insulted me personally, and pressured me into exposing myself."
"Literally one of the most unprofessional and negative experiences I have had in the medical field. I was ordered to have blood work done and was told by a nurse that it wasn't necessary to fast and then when I arrived to get the blood work done at a separate facility they informed me that the paperwork said I was required to fast. When I called the office to make sure that this blood panel would still be accepted I was told the doctor does not do "phone consultations". Honestly the place seemed shady and I wouldn't doubt if this was done on purpose to squeeze more money out of me. Stay far away from this place, I wish I had."
"f I could find a way to put this doctor out of business, I would. So hopefully someone considering going to see him will read this first and save themselves a lot of money, time and heartbreak. My son was referred to him when his primary doctor saw a large mass on his neck. the first visit to his office was pretty typical. He looked him over for about 5 minutes and then said he needed to do an ultrasound on his neck so scheduled him for that. Second visit, he made us come him to get results, pay another office visit just to tell us he needed to schedule another appointment in three weeks for a biopsy. A third visit to get those results, another office visit just to tell us the biopsy was inconclusive and we would need to see a surgeon. I didn't even mention how rude he was to me during all these visits and told me he could fire us as patients because I was on my phone using email when I was waiting for him in his waiting room. It has been several months later and we are still waiting our records as we went to another doctor. They told us it would take three weeks to get our files and in the meantime subsequent visits to other doctors we had to do the tests over because this crazy doctor would not get us our records. But he managed to send us a letter to say he fired us as patients. I have never in my life been through such an awful experience and now my son is most likely dealing with Thyroid cancer that could have been detected months ago if not for dealing with a doctor that should retire. Please please do not see this doctor. You will absolutely regret it if you do."
