I made my appointment to meet with Dr Crandall to discuss surgery. He walked in and said as of that day he was no longer doing surgery! I waited 6 weeks for that appointment. My next appointment 3 weeks later was with Dr Chang . He was wonderful and I have complete confidence in him.
