Reviews
"Horrible customer service and long waits, no call backs no responses. I hate that my insurance is tolerating this type of service. They do not do anything right. Management is a ghost haven’t heard from them. Numbers are never to who you truly need to reach etc."
"so my review is going to be like everyone else's review They are horrible and continue to bill us versus billing my daughter's secondary insurance they claim they don't take but they do because they take it for her nutrition. we owe them nothing. It's unacceptable."
"I am a local registered nurse who has worked in conjunction with Coram Infusion several times. I am extremely disappointed in my own families care. My husband received infusions with Coram at one of their Phoenix area ambulatory infusion centers for years. It was a constant struggle to make sure our billing was completed correctly. My husband received payment assistance for these expensive medical infusions with a Jansen Carepath card. Coram’s billing department consistently charged this card fraudulently for services such as nursing care and supplies. This incompetence and lack of integrity, left us with a $500 bill for his infusion medication. Jansen should have covered this bill, but due to Coram charging the account for services not covered by Jansen, there was a lack of sufficient funds. My husband and I have contacted Coram numerous times to try to fix this billing error. It seems too much of an inconvenience for Coram employees to resolve this issue. We have now been fighting off a collection agency for money we do not owe. We have spoken to several Coram employees who say they will fix this issue - all which have been documented. However, this nightmare continues on for nearly two years. Currently, we do not receive call backs or replies to our emails. We would like to have this situation resolved without attorneys or court. We want our bill recalled from collections, as promised by several employees. We then want the fraudulent activity removed so we can fairly pay our share. I hope to receive a reply and solution. I am more than happy to give further detail to the situation and account."
"If your prescription is sent here I'd recommend immediately calling your doctor. You get to decide. Have it sent somewhere else. Even the employee reviews are terrible the last 2-3 years. Contact is close to impossible, the scheduler called after we have been waiting a week and left a message to call her back, text her, or email. No response to any after another 5 days and multiple tries, their office doesn't answer or call back. From the sounds of the employee reviews their workload is overwhelming. When you have a medication that is necessary and must be given timely I'd suggest insisting the infusion prescription is sent anywhere other than Coram. In fact I don't know why any doctor would send their patients here."
"Scheduling was awful, never on time, waited for hours every time I had an appt. Spoke with the director here in Phx AZ and was told that if I wanted someone on time then I need to look for a different company. I was told that the company only had three nurses for the entire valley. Was told I had a nurse on the way to show me about infusions and waited three days for that individual to show up. If I could give a no star I would. Look into another company!!!!!"
