"The staff was very friendly and courteous. Dylan was very kind and put me at ease. Also, he gave me several options for taking care of the dark spots on my face but did not press me on any certain aspect. It was a pleasant visit."
"I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance and spent 30 minutes of my life on the phone with the billing department to verify what would be needed. When I arrived, I was advised that I would need an authorization form. It would have been nice to know this prior to. Someone could simply call or email me after when the appt was confirmed. Thia business is unprofessional. Honestly, I really believe they just didn't want to service me. The appt was the last of the day 5 PM. And they seem like they cater to fair skin/white or Hispanic ppl. So, if you're AFRICAN AMERICAN or DARK-SKINNED it, this place is NOT for you."
