"I've been a patient at this establishment for well over 15 years. My most recent visit was terribly disappointing. The exact opposite of what the Village Medical commercials claim. The doctor was robotic and impersonal. Although I had arrived early to a 7:30 appointment, she was intensely rushing around and harried. I immediately went home to begin research on finding another facility. Then I realized the issue may be specific to that particular doctor. Because of my long standing history at this location under Thunderbird Medical, I'm going to try again this week with a nurse practitioner. I'm hoping to experience the same level of care that I've grown accustomed to over the years, which is really nothing more than the basic level of service that every human being deserves."
