"Been coming to Dr.Arojojoye for about 5 years now. I appreciate that they listen, they advocate for healthier lifestyle & eating habits first and are not always quick to prescribe medication for every little thing. Definitely recommend them!"
"If not for the amazing doctors, I would have changed PCP long back. No one better than Dr. A but their front desk Staff are so incapable and rude."
"I've had the same experience as most of the other reviewers. My GP is fantastic. You get lots of time with her to ask questions and she doesn't just rush in and out and ignore you like most doctors. *However*, the office staff is truly awful. They often won't pick up the phone, and when they do they are rude. Also, they often say they'll do something and then don't bother to do it (e.g. switch your pharmacy for your prescriptions)."
"First time calling them. Doctors comes highly recommended but my initial call wasn't a pleasant one. Staff wasn't very helpful with what insurance plans they take. Asked me to go ask my plan if they are in their network. If you are welcoming patients you should be helpful with that information and she was in a hurry to get off the phone. Front staff is the first point of contact for patients. People who are not feeling so good. It is very important for them to have people skills. If a front staff keeps snapping up on would be patients they should be replaced. They basically have compassion fatigue or this is not the industry for them"
"Dr. Rasheedat is a great GP, one of the best I've ever had. Unfortunately, her front office staff are unprofessional, rude, and incompetent. What should have been a simple Rx renewal with no changes turned into a nightmare. Four bad prescriptions sent to the pharmacy - wrong date, no signature, wrong quantity, wrong quantity (again). Twice left a message to call me to explain, no response. This is not the first time I have had trouble with the front office, particularly with returning messages, but it is the last. My wife also loved Dr. Rasheedat but couldn't stand the receptionist, so never went back. I've been more patient but have now had enough."
