Easy as 1-2-3! One catch, they aren't taking new patients. The receptionist answered in a less than polite manner. She said they weren't taking new patients, I suggested they update their website, she hung up on me! lol. I think I dodged a bullet here! Especially considering the other reviews!"

"I was dropped from care due to a $46.00 past due bill. Normally, I pay any balance due on my next appt. since they do not offer a way to pay online and my condition(s) require frequent visits. My next scheduled appt. was cancelled by them due to a Covid exposure at their office. When I called to schedule another visit, I was informed that they would not see me due to the past due balance. If you want a provider that is more interested in their financial bottom line rather than the patient's healthcare, by all means use Lenzmeier Family Medicine."
