Update:I have to deduct another star due to the woman at the pickup window allowing add on products for the woman in front of me in line, but then wouldn’t do it for me just using my points. I wanted to use my 600+ points and knew exactly what I wanted. NOPE. I would have had to go thru the front desk again and wait a while. If you aren’t doing it for all, don’t do it for one, especially when everyone could hear."

"This is the spot. You Gan expect nothing but the best. Their mid shelve weed is better than some places top shelf. Their top shelf weed is some of the best you can find anywhere.. Best prices as well on concentrates again quality can't be matched."

"I remember when this location opened, I was thrilled! They have great product and decent specials. Staff is always friendly and it is nice to see the same groovy, happy face at the front when I come in. If their pick up window was more effective and always open (waiting 10 minutes for staff to return from break is not cool as one example), id give them a five star."

"This place had really good product at a really good price. But recently most of their carts switched over to lower quality brands at a higher price that replaced the good brands and also contain Phytol. Which is very unhealthy. They also used to have the best rewards system in the valley... This was before they decided to add a caveat which you can't use reward points on any "specials." Which wouldn't be a problem normally, but over 90% of their inventory is on "special" 7 days a week. You can never use your points on crumble for example. Not sure if they changed ownership or management, but this place is no where near as good as it was when it opened and all of their prices have gone up 10%-15% in the last month. Place used to be wall to wall packed on Saturdays, now it's a ghost town. Would not recommend, which is sad because I used to recommend to everyone. If anyone from Ponderosa reads this, now you know why your customers are leaving and you're less busy."
