"This group is absolutely horrible. The provider that was assigned to my mom has left the practice and she is the only reason we stayed with the group. The calls are outsourced off shore so they are very difficult to understand and the office staff, because they are off shore, have no idea what is going on with the practice. They went for months after the provider left before assigning a new one and he still hasn't seen her yet."

"Billing is horrible. Their bills do not show patient payments. They send collection letters that are not valid. No one needs this stress when trying to take care of a family member. They bill for visits not made. No ONE answers or returns calls. The only good thing is they have good clinicians, but its not worth their crazy system and obviously if a homebound person does not have an advocate they are in big trouble."
"Some decent providers but the office staff is staggeringly awful. I have been sitting around with serious foot injuries for months now due to their incompetence and complete lack of compassion (I ask operators what they would do if they were in my position and they can never answer me). You really should find a different provider if you are thinking about becoming a patient here. Being confined to a wheelchair for no good reason is awful! Fortunately, my insurer is no longer covering them beginning May 1. I have two different PCPs I am looking into that absolutely cannot be worse than this joke of an operation! I would rate them zero stars if it were possible. TLDR: Stay far away from this practice!"
"Language barrier that results in poor communication, cannot reach anyone by phone. Every prompt option goes to a busy signal. My 77 year old mother relies on this home service and is not tech savvy, so it is extremely frustrating for her. This company keeps changing it's name, I'm assuming because of the amount of complaints against them, and it makes me concerned about their business practices. The actual home providers are nice and knowledgeable, but there isn't consistency in a service that should provide it for their customers peace of mind."
