"This was the most devastatingly rude situation I could have ever imagined. I moved my 87 yr old mother from Oklahoma & immediately found Dr Nally’s office and made an appt but had to wait for 5 weeks to get in. My Mom was running out of her heart pills so we called twice to ask for a few pills before her appt. They outright declined. Luckily the pharmacy gave us just enough until her appt. yesterday. We arrived 30 mins early for paperwork and they told us that our appt THAT WE WAITED 5 WEEKS FOR had been CANCELED!! They said we didn’t fill out paperwork?? And that they tried to call but couldn’t leave a msg. I asked why they couldn’t have emailed. They said ‘we don’t email’. What the?? I reminded them we called TWICE within a week of the appt and NO ONE mentioned one word. They were rude about it. No apology. Now what? No doctor - no pills - for my 87 year old Mom. Terrible situation.My blood is boiling. I can hardly believe a professional office would treat anyone this way, especially when they knew my Mom was struggling with no pills. No excuse."

"Nally family practice is one of the best places that I have ever received care. Dr. Nally is very compassionate and educational. He never has you leave the office with out knowing all you can to be as healthy as you possibly can. He is attentive and truly cares about his patients. I could go on and on singing his praises but want to also include that all the office staff and nurses are all so amazing as well. They are on top of their communication and very helpful. As long as Nally family practice is in business I will gladly have them take care of mine and all my families needs."
