"I, and my wife, are a relatively new patients of Dr. Hartline. I am writing this very positive review because: 1. My interactions with Mary at the front desk have been positive with professionalism and friendly attitude. She called me once because of the need to reschedule my upcoming appointment. With great patience she was able to accommodate my trying schedule. 2. At my last appointment I was called back at the exact appointment time, as I had been at previous appointments. I guess my only complaint would be that I never had the chance to read my Nook as they were so prompt. 3. My nursing assistant, and I apologize as I don't remember her name, was great at what she does. And all with a smile and a great sense of humor! 4. What can I say about Dr. Hartline other than she is wonderful. Very thorough, explained everything, and listened to my issues and concerns. She has a very quiet but confident demeanor which really impressed me. 5. And this is what really blows me away, shortly after my yearly physical I received a letter in the mail from Dr. Hartline with a copy of my blood test with explanations as to areas of potential concern. I have never received that kind of communication from any other doctor. Well done Dr. Hartline and staff!"

"I love Dr. Hartline, and Dr. Levine, and even Gabby Dr. Levine's MA, but honestly my spouse and I are going to stop going to them because their office staff is THE WORST most disorganized group I have ever encountered anywhere. Mary the receptionist and supposed scheduler couldn't manage to meet someone for coffee let alone set up a dr. visit. She has screws up my spouse's appointments 9/10 of times. Every time they show up for their appt. they get "You don't have an appointment", even though they have spoken directly to Mary to confirm. I guess my spouse having to take off work to see them really doesn't matter. This has happened to me more times than I care to count. They can't be bothered to call in prescription refill, they send me the same bill a month after I pay it. I can't tell you the number of times I have heard these exact same complaints delivered to Mary as I sit in the freezing waiting room for well over an hour. She apparently does not give a damn. The Dr.s here are great, they listen to you, ask insightful questions and are tops at diagnosis but I'm going to have to leave them. I hope for any one who stays they fire their incompetent staff. STARTING WITH MARY."

"I have been a Patient of Barb Jena for atleast 20 years now. I have never felt more cared for by all staff including the front desk! Barb knows her stuff and follows through on everything! I hope to NEVER have to go anywhere else."

"This is the place to go if you have time to kill. I have been going here for over 15 years and I can count on one hand the number of times I have been seen on time or within 30 minutes of my appointment time. They love to give you false hope and will take you back to the exam room for you to wait an additional 30 minutes there. My co-worker who also goes to this practice but sees a different doctor, and I love to play the guessing game of how long will I wait today. Not only that, but I was told at a check-up to call for the prescriptions I needed for an upcoming (less than 12 weeks away) international trip only to be told when trying to get them filled that I actually need to make an appointment. What an unpleasant surprise with a little over a week to go before my trip and I have to take even more vacation time to attend the appointment. They completely screwed up the prescriptions and I had to make repeated calls to get it worked out. Now they can't even code the appointment correctly so my insurance won't accept it. The front office staff is terrible and half the time I call I get a busy signal or wait on hold forever. I am so fed up with this office, even if I like my doctor, that I am looking for a new doctor. Hopefully one with a competent front office staff and biller."

"I moved out of town at the end of the year but have not gotten a new doctor, love the one I have Barn Jena. I have TWICE called in for a written prescription since I now live 4 hrs away. The last time I called on Monday and on Thursday they said they don't have it ready, can I wait until 5 pm to pick it up. I have never had these problems before or treated this badly. I guess if you're not going to be coming in to the office, they stop caring about you as a patient and a human being."
