Northwest Primary Care at Lambert

"I gave this office a second chance, leaving Dr. Yim and trying Dr. Lokale. I do really like Dr. Lokale, but the office is so poorly managed, with horrendous scheduling and communication, it's impossible to use them as your primary. Again, what’s the point of having a primary care physician if you can’t get in to see them? I received nearly over a dozen calls within a few weeks rescheduling multiple times due to Dr. Lokale not being in that day, or sick, or traveling... they gave me all three excuses multiple weeks away from my appt date. Then marked me down as a Medicare patient, which is wrong. Finally, I was left with no choice but to see Jessica or wait 6 months, who was nice, but I want to see my actual Doctor. I had previously seen Dr. Yim for about two years and haven’t been very happy. Poor bedside manner, arrogant, and gets defensive when you ask medical questions to understand your own health. I had to convince him to do pretty basic check up items. Secondly, the office schedule is either poorly managed or they are seeing way too many patients. I had some pretty major issues and even immediate issues I tried to get in for. Had already been to urgent care twice. They couldn’t get me in for 3 weeks to see the PA and not even my doc, told me to go back to urgent care, then called to cancel and pushed me out another two weeks for the PA, not the doc. What’s the point of having a primary care physician if you can’t get in to see them? I don’t at all recommend this office nor doctor(s). I know the Google reviews are good but look at the doctors reviews elsewhere as they are quite poor."

"We love our doc at NW Allied, but his medical assistant is super slow on callbacks which have created quite a hassle for me. They claim to respond within 24-48 hours, but after a week of trying to reach her without success, I’m very disappointed."

"Just wanted to say how disappointed today’s doctors appointment went. I’ve never in my life have dealt with such an uncaring doctor. I have health concerns I needed to address and Dr. Sanjaya Hebbar did nothing to help me. I expressed my concern regarding a pain that I occasionally had and he literally said “I don’t know” when I asked him what could it be. I followed to ask if we can investigate what it can be and he said “there’s nothing to check”. How uncaring and unprofessional of a MD to respond to a patient. This is why people die, because these so called doctors don’t pay attention to young people. Just because we’re young does not mean were inmortal. I’m so mad and frustrated that I waited so long for this appointment and nothing was discussed. Now I have to look for another doctor and hope this doesn’t happen again. Please talk to Dr. Sanjaya Hebbar, this shouldn’t happen to anyone."

"I never did she a care provider at this facility. I tried to schedule a new patient visit and was 2+ months before I could get in. I was hoping to get some preliminary tests done prior to so that we didn't have to schedule it later. I sent a message through the portal, it says I will get a response within 2 business days. After a full week, still nothing and I had messaged twice. I called the office and the 2 women I dealt with where so rude, they even hung up on me at one point. They went back to the "under staffed, over worked". There is no reason to take this out on the patients, I was spoken to condescendingly and spoken over repeatedly. Even with how hard it is to find a doctor in this area, I will not be treated like that and find a new provider."
