"I called because this clinic had some good reviews despite some negative ones. Sadly one of the negative reviews was correct. They do not accept any insurance. They are a "concierge" and have an extremely long waiting list. As I was told is basically like purchasing a gym membership, you purchase their plan and you will be seen by them. Thought I should write a review since the previous review was discredited and decided to call for myself. I'm sure the dr and staff are great but wanted to put this out for anyone looking for a physician like I was. They don't take PPO or any type of insurance as they are concierge."

"Dr Giles has been my PCP for over 15 years. Before transitioning to concierge medicine he was a a really good physician in my eyes. You could tell he was paying really close attention, but he was also distracted by the 20 minutes per patient office schedule. One day during a physical, he asked me a question, "Have I ever heard that heart murmur before?" He had to look at the computer to answer his own question. "Nope." Thank God he was paying really close attention. As far as I am concerned Dr. Giles gave me the opportunity to act so as to live the rest of my life in much better shape and health. He caught my heart defect very early and surgery corrected it. Then, he transitioned to his concierge practice, and I was faced with choosing between Minute Clinics and serial physicians, or committing to a physician I knew well and knew how committed he was to me as a patient. What a no-brainer Atilla the Nurse could be on his staff, but would remain a patient."
