"Please be advised that Dr. Bandlamuri will assume what is wrong with you. She will not dig deeper to the root cause of the problem and is one of those doctors that does not have compassion for you. Even though your visit will be approximately 5-10 minutes the wait time is excessive. I advise you to tell the front desk that you have other commitments or plan to be there all day. Seriously, call in. I never understood the 3 hours wait time. You will not get reminder calls for your appointments so if you set an appointment in advance and forget about it, that’s a strike against you. Three strikes and you’re terminated. Her scheduling staff will not do anything about it."

"I made a first-time appointment for a PCP visit six weeks ago. 1 hr 45 min after my appt time, the doctor still hadn’t seen me so I just walked out. I recommend you counsel your front desk AND lab staff to not talk about patients and their private lives out loud where patients can clearly hear. I also recommend you communicate better with your clients on expected wait times, as people have work schedules just like yours they need to adhere to, and clearly no one expects to wait over 1 hr 45 min after their appt time to see the doctor."

"My wife and I had the worst visit with this rude doctor! After arriving and sitting for an hour with no one else in the office they took my wife to the back and she waited even longer and once the doctor came in there was no hi or how have you been. The doctor proceeds to be-little my wife and make here feel uncomfortable and stats that she missed her 6 month check up but we received nothing from there incompetent staff. As my wife try’s to shrug off this unpleasantness the doctor cuts her off multiple times not even listening to her concerns and not once was she even talking to her but to her computer instead. Lastly the doctor rushes out not saying bye or covering the meds with my wife, she proceeds to open the door as my wife is only half dressed and leaves the door open. I’m sure there is more I’m leaving out but how inconsiderate are you to treat your clients/patients in this manner. Out of all my visit with a primary you will never be seeing me or my family in your office again this whole ordeal was horrible!!! Please everyone beware of this two faced so called doctor!!!"

"Not only is the office staff Very rude they are VERY stupid! They leave you setting for HOURS waiting then they cannot even get your insurance, address or anything correct off of your cards! Much less get ANYTHING correct that the so called office manager-Doctor tells them to. Of course it would help if she was a halfway decent Doctor."

"The front office staff is by fare the rudest people you will ever encounter. Refused to accept a cash payment for my 90 year old mothers visit because they stopped accepting Medicare. It's not easy moving a 90 year old person. There was no reason for them not to allow me to pay cash for her visit. Just plain rude and insensitive."
