"I had an echo. The staff were professional. The room where the echo was performed was very cold. When I asked for a blanket, I was told, "we don't have any blankets.". The echo tech was nice enough to cover my back with my jacket and shirt that I had removed. However, the cool air blowing in the room was enough to cause me to shiver throughout my exam. A warm blanket would have made the experience more comfortable."
