"Wow, avoid this place!!! Receptionist who answers the phone was extremely RUDE! I've been calling another number listed for them and couldn't get a hold of a live person. I do another search and call another number and I explain to the receptionist how they are listed under another number and she cuts me off asking me what I want, seriously? I explain I'd like to do a quick meet with the doctor to see if we would be a good fit. Naturopathic's charge quite a large fee for the first appt.($250-300). The receptionist says no and I proceed to talk and she cuts me off and asks for my number, I ask what their fee schedule is and she says, "Were not going to discuss that right now and give me your my number"! I said how rude and hung up. If the office can't show the tiniest respect why would I want to even waste my time here!"

"Do not go here if you are looking for relief. My daughter as been suffering with hives for over 2 weeks while under Dr. Prichard's care. Her previous doctor retired but was always able to treat her and make her comfortable while finding out what was wrong. My daughter called and left several messages for the Dr. Pritchard that her hives were getting worse. Dr. Pritchard never returned her call until the next day but by that time I found another doctor. This was an expensive lesson."
