"Was on a 20 minute hold to find out if Cristiana Bortuzzo was accepting new patients. The repeating message mentioned a staff storage and not to call for non-urgent matters. When I finally got someone, they were combative and rude. It was obvious that they were overworked and had no enthusiasm for their job. Every question I asked was greeted with a sigh. The bored and condescending tone of her voice made it clear that simply talking to me was a bother. She also mentioned she was answering the phone for multiple businesses. They were accepting new patients, but I've decided I won't be one of them."

It seems Saguaro Physicians/TMCONE are closing the Wilmot office and breaking up a great team. Some moving to the TMCONE office and at least one, my PCP moving to a N. Campbell area. Much closer to me but still a change."

"Dr. Ong is great. She takes time to listen and hear what I have to say. She respects my leanings toward alternative medicine. (Which is rare among dr's.) She explains things well too. I wish she could be my primary. The office staff are friendly and helpful. My one question is why tmc1 keeps loosing its staff. Since November I lost my primary and now I'm losing the NP that I've transferred over to. Come on corporate give these people a raise!"
