"Please save your money and go to a gym that is going to be kind and encouraging to you. Going to the gym is vulnerable and you should be supported and encouraged. My experience with this gym was anything but that. I had assumptions made about my ability to work out based solely on my looks and I was made to feel insulted and judged. At the end of my tour I was asked to step on a scale and when I declined the employee I spoke with asked me if I had more of an issue with what I saw in the mirror instead of the numbers. What if it's neither? What if I'm just here to use the treadmill and be healthier? I was also put on the spot about personal training and when I declined the employee stood up and brought the head coach to try and convince me I needed personal training. He also began commenting on how based on my looks I could work on nutrition. I was there solely to sign up for a membership, not be handed comments I did not ask for abour what I need when I could not have made it more clear I was looking for a simple gym experience. Canceling the membership is even more difficult I'm going on 4 days trying to get my membership terminated and the story changes every time. I wish I never went here. I am extremely defeated with my fitness journey and left the facility in tears. I will never be in an EOS facility again."

"I registered for the trainer program and requested to end it at the end of my third month of training. My trainer took note and told me I would be charged for the next month, which is January, and then my trainer program would be canceled after that. Meanwhile, my trainer left, and I continued with another trainer to finish my remaining paid training times. I realized I am still in the trainer program and being charged in early February. I went to EOS and explained the situation to the front desk employee. He took note and told me it had happened to some other people, too, and I would be refunded. Now, I noticed that I had been charged for the second time in February, and I called this place immediately, and again, they told me they would take note and talk to the manager. They only take notes and say to the manager. It is a disorganized place, with so many turnover of employees and miscommunication between customers and employees."

"There is a man living part time at this location. I chose this location for a change of pace, but every morning he is asleep in the sauna. This morning was the last draw when he came into the sauna and turned the lights on and proceeded to show another member minding his business photos of naked women and verbally describing what he enjoys doing with them. I am a father and grandpa, I want the parents to be aware of this man .The excuse I got from the front desk was he has diabetes pays his dues and there is nothing they can do about this. I made the decision to go back to my other location."

"I’ve tried to let a lot of things slide with the employee in the morning . A young girl who does anything but her job, weather it’s hanging out with a boy while he lifts leaving the front desk alone the entire workout, laying down in the locker rooms avoiding her responsibilities. To each their own, and as it’s not busy in the mornings that’s fine and I understand . There has been several times I have tried to purchase things in the morning but I can’t because the front desk lady is anywhere but doing her job . But unfortunately what makes me even write this review is multiple times she’s been in the women’s locker room just laying down, and she catches an attitude with my wife who is just trying to get changed and grab her stuff out of her locker to go to work . I understand it’s not busy at 4am, but to act like the gym goers are an inconvenience to you being lazy and relaxing on the benches in the locker room while you’re being paid is a bit much? Not asking you to be constantly on it , I’m sure it’s boring and definitely slow , but please allow those using the facility not feel as if they are in your way of your relaxing time at work ."
