"Actually went here for a music concert. They have the best music department in the State, and their annual jazz Festival in April attracts great professional jazz musicians and the surrounding community, whether they are related to a student or not, can come and attend. There may be a ticket fee, but it's quite reasonable and supports the music program. Some of the concerts played by the students are equal to a high priced concert of professional orchestras. Kudos to the entire music department at Highland High! They just get better every year!"
