"Dr. Burke cared for my mother in law. Her level of knowledge is impressive, and she provided much needed guidance when my mother in law exhibited dementia related behaviors. Thank you for helping our family, we can't thank you enough."
"BEWARE - Dr. Anna Burke (in my opinion and everyone has one) is a TERRIBLE doctor. Here are my reasons for saying this: 1. Dr. Burke waited a year to give my mother her results from her MRI. A year later, my family was to be told my mother had White Matter Disease with a life expectancy of 4-6 years. Dr. Burke did not contact us, instead she chose to tell us at my mother's annual appointment, a year after the MRI test had been taken. 2. Dr. Burke was the only doctor who was treating my mother. My mother came to "snow bird" with my husband and I, we scheduled an appointment with Dr. Burke because we thought my mom's memory was slipping a little. Dr. Burke stated it was "dangerous and could be determental" for her to live alone. My mom was then forced to leave her home and live with me so she could receive 24 hour care. Dr. Burke is the only doctor who prescribed medication to my mom for the past two years. My mom did not have a primary doctor. My mom died on 12/19/2023, Dr. Burke has REFUSED to sign my mother's death certificate, she told the funeral home she is "too busy" to sign the death certificate, and then to add insult to injury, Dr. Burke and her staff sent a "sympathy card." Dr. Burke had time to sign a sympathy card, but not a death certificate. The funeral home has contacted the Arizona Medical Board to file a complaint against Dr. Burke. My hope in this situation is that Dr. Burke will be held accountable for her actions. I wish I had an attorney who would sue Dr. Burke."
"Very good at understanding my wife’s condition and offering options for treatment"
