Founded in 2015, Arizona Yoga Academy offers trainings throughout the East Valley, providing students with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in the practice of yoga. With a focus on proper alignment, the use of props, and an understanding of the Chakras and energy systems within the body, students receive a comprehensive education in yoga philosophy and techniques.

The institution's experienced and certified instructors are passionate about sharing the transformative power of yoga with others, providing personalized attention and modifications to ensure that every student can safely and effectively participate in classes. The 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training program delves deeper into anatomy, physiology, meditation, and more, allowing students to deepen their understanding of yogic principles.

Arizona Yoga Academy believes in the holistic benefits of yoga for the mind, body, and spirit, and strives to create a supportive and inclusive community of yogis. Graduates of the institution's programs are able to register with the Yoga Alliance as RYT 200 or RYT 300, and can earn Continuing Education Credits through various workshops offered throughout the year.
